This website is operated by Inspo Media Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as Tapping Association (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, your purchase of digital products, and your participation in our membership and community. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific products or services.

The Tapping Association provides:

All services are provided online only.

Eligibility & Acceptable Use

Memberships & Subscriptions
Subscription Access
Memberships may be offered on:
- Monthly auto-renewing plans
- Annual auto-renewing plans
- Occasional lifetime access offers (one-time payment)
Access is provided immediately upon successful payment.
Billing & Renewal
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not revoke access already granted for the current billing period
Changes to Membership Content
We may add, remove, or update content within the membership at any time. Access is to the membership as a whole, not to specific items or quantities of content.
Refund Policy
Membership Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of initial subscription purchase.
Due to the immediate access to digital content:
- Refund requests after 7 days will not be granted
- No refunds are issued for partial use, downloads, or unused time
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that:
- Access begins immediately
- Digital content is made available straight away
- You may lose certain statutory cancellation rights once access is provided
Digital Products
All standalone digital products are non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Practitioner Directory
Any practitioners listed on the Site:
- Are independent third parties
- Are not employed, endorsed, or supervised by us
- Provide services entirely at their own discretion and responsibility
We make no guarantees regarding practitioner qualifications, services, or outcomes. Any engagement with a practitioner is solely between you and them.
Community Areas
If you participate in community spaces:
- You are responsible for your conduct and interactions
- Content should be respectful and lawful
- We may moderate or remove content at our discretion
We are not responsible for interactions between users.
Intellectual Property & Licence
All content available on the Site, including but not limited to videos, scripts, downloads, audio, text, images, branding, and course materials, is owned by or licensed to Inspo Media Ltd, trading as The Tapping Association, and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
Standard Licence (Personal Use)
Unless otherwise stated, when you purchase or access content through the Site, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-commercial licence to access and use the content for your own personal use only.
You must not, unless explicitly permitted:

Practitioner & Commercial Use Content
Some content, products, or resources are explicitly designated as suitable for professional, practitioner, or commercial use (for example, use with clients in a therapeutic or coaching context).
Where such permission is clearly stated:
- You may use the content in your professional practice with clients
- You may adapt or reference the content for client-facing use
- You must not claim authorship or ownership of the original content
- You must not resell or redistribute the content as standalone products
Commercial or practitioner use is permitted only where expressly indicated in the product description, membership tier, or accompanying licence terms.

Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time without liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
