What’s weighing on you today?
You don’t need to know exactly what you need right now. Just notice what feels most present.
Whether it’s anxiety, overwhelm, a difficult relationship, low confidence, money worries, or simply a feeling you can’t quite put into words, there’s a place to begin.
Choose what feels closest to what you’re experiencing today, and we’ll take it from there.
A place to begin
Most people come to us with one thing they’d like to feel differently about.
Start with whatever feels most important to you right now.
Anxiety
The tight chest, the racing thoughts, the 3am wake-ups. If your mind feels like it won’t switch off no matter what you do, this is a gentle place to begin.
Sleep
When your body is exhausted but your mind won’t stand down. For those nights when you desperately want to rest, but your thoughts keep going.
Stress
That constant feeling of being on edge.
When there’s always something else to think about, do or deal with, and you never quite feel able to switch off.
Confidence
That little voice asking, “Who do you think you are?” The self-doubt that makes you question yourself, hold back or wonder if you’re good enough.
Pain
When your body is hurting and you’re looking for a little relief. Whether stress seems to make things worse, or you simply want to explore whether tapping might help.
Money
The worry that comes up when you think about money. The feeling of never quite having enough, or the anxiety that can make you want to avoid looking at it altogether.
Evidence-Based EFT
There’s research behind the practice.
EFT tapping has been studied in clinical research for anxiety, depression, trauma, pain and stress. Here’s a simple look at what the research has found so far.
Cortisol can fall
In one clinical trial, an hour of EFT was associated with a 24% reduction in cortisol, compared with 14% following an hour of talk therapy. A later study found an even larger reduction of 43%.
A growing body of research
EFT has now been explored in more than 100 clinical trials, with evidence supported by multiple meta-analyses. Research is strongest around anxiety, depression, trauma and pain, while studies into areas such as sleep, confidence and cravings continue to grow.
You can use it in the moment
One of the beautiful things about tapping is that you can use it whenever you need it. You don’t need a special setting or a long session. Even a few minutes can give you a moment to pause, breathe and notice what shifts.
