How did that feel?

Take a moment before moving on. Don't judge the experience. Just notice.

Do I feel even slightly different than I did five minutes ago?
Does anything in my body feel a little softer or more settled?
Do my thoughts feel the same, or just a touch quieter?

If you felt something shift, even something subtle, that's your nervous system responding. That's real. And it tends to deepen with practice.

If you didn't notice much, that's completely normal too. EFT often works in layers. Many members say the second or third session was when it clicked. The fact that you tried is what matters.

A gentle note: If emotions came up during the session, that's okay. Tapping can sometimes bring things to the surface, which is actually part of how it works. You're safe. Take a breath. If it felt like a lot, the membership includes sessions specifically designed for processing difficult emotions without reliving them.
