🧠 Tapping on Triggers [10:30]


In this tapping session, we’ll focus on processing recent emotional triggers and reducing anxiety. You’ll start by assessing your current anxiety level on a scale of 0 to 10. Through a series of guided tapping rounds, we’ll explore emotions related to your specific triggers, gently releasing tension and self-judgment. We’ll conclude with positive affirmations to cultivate calm and self-acceptance.

After the session, check in with yourself to see if your anxiety has shifted.
