Welcome to a nurturing space where we explore the powerful affirmation that you are enough—always and unconditionally. In a world that often pushes us to compare ourselves to others, it's easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt and imposter syndrome. This EFT tapping session is designed to help you acknowledge and release those feelings, allowing you to embrace your inherent worth. As you follow along, remember to be gentle with yourself and know that this journey is about self-love and acceptance. Let’s tap into the beautiful truth of who you are, and recognize that you are enough, now and always. ❤️

Transcript

How many times have you said to yourself the words, “I’m not enough”?

You might feel this in your business when you’re comparing yourself to others, thinking:

  • I’m not skilled enough.
  • I’m not experienced enough.
  • I’m not qualified enough.

Or maybe you’ve seen someone else doing a live, and you think:

  • I’m not charismatic enough.
  • I’m not funny enough.
  • I’m not popular enough.
  • No one’s going to like me.

These feelings can really impact the day-to-day running of your business, as you keep thinking that you need to be more of something. It’s really tied in with self-doubt and imposter syndrome as well. But hopefully, this tapping will help you realize that you really are enough.

So, let’s come into this space for a moment, taking a couple of nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Let’s measure the intensity of how “not enough” you feel on a scale of 1 to 10.

  • 10 means you feel like you’re not enough, it’s really affecting you, and it’s holding you back.
  • 0 means you feel fine and know you are enough, feeling fully confident in your own enoughness.

Rate that on a scale of 1 to 10 for me. Make a mental note of it, write it down, or comment on this video to let me know.

Just continue breathing deeply as we come into this space, trying to get that intensity down a little bit.

Tapping on the Side of the Hand/Karate Chop Point:
(Repeat out loud or in your head after me. Just copy what I say, where I tap.)

  • Even though I feel like I’m not enough, I just really want to ignore these feelings and make them go away. I’m brave enough to explore this today.
  • Even though this feeling of not being enough is consuming me and it’s really affecting my day, my week, or my month, I choose to feel calm.
  • Even though these feelings of not being enough keep coming up time and time again, I choose to deeply and completely love, honor, and accept myself.

Eyebrow Point:

  • I’m not enough.

Side of the Eye:

  • I just feel like I need to be more.

Under the Eye:

  • And I just feel like there are so many ways that I’m not enough.

Under the Nose:

  • I feel like I’m not enough in my business.

Chin Point:

  • I feel like I’m not qualified enough.
  • I feel like I’m not experienced enough.
  • I feel like I haven’t got the right skills.
  • I feel like I’m not charismatic enough.

Collarbone Point:

  • And I’m generally feeling like I’m not enough in my life as well.

Under the Arm:

  • Not popular enough, not funny enough, not slim enough, not healthy enough, not fit enough.

Just saying all those things—those areas where you’re not feeling enough.

Top of the Head:

  • I just don’t feel like I’m enough. It really breaks my heart.

Eyebrow Point:

  • It’s heartbreaking to feel like you’re not enough.

Side of the Eye:

  • Not feeling enough just feels really horrible.

Under the Eye:

  • Because it feels like there’s something missing.

Under the Nose:

  • It feels like I’m lacking in some way.

Chin Point:

  • It’s like I’m always questioning my worth. Am I worthy? Am I valued? Am I enough?

Collarbone Point:

  • Always not quite feeling enough.

Under the Arm:

  • Always questioning my abilities. Always questioning whether I’m enough. Am I ever enough?

Top of the Head:

  • All these feelings of not being enough are just so exhausting and tiring.

Eyebrow Point:

  • I am so fed up with feeling like I’m not enough.

Just say how you’re feeling about this—frustrated, angry, upset, hurt.

Side of the Eye:

  • And it feels like every day I’m just questioning my enoughness, my value, my worth.

Under the Eye:

  • It’s like I’m always telling myself, “You’re not enough. You’re not enough.” On repeat in my head.

Under the Nose:

  • And maybe this came from an earlier experience in my life.

Chin Point:

  • Maybe someone gave me the message that I wasn’t enough.

Collarbone Point:

  • Maybe someone made me feel like I wasn’t enough—a parent, carer, teacher, or friend.

Under the Arm:

  • Someone made me feel like I wasn’t enough.

Top of the Head:

  • And maybe that part of me that doesn’t feel like enough needs something.

Eyebrow Point:

  • Maybe that part of me needs some love, care, and attention.

Side of the Eye:

  • And if that’s the case, is it fair of me to keep prodding it by saying, “You’re not enough”? Is that fair?

Under the Eye:

  • So maybe when I feel like I’m not enough, I can be a little more compassionate toward myself and that part of me.

Under the Nose:

  • Maybe I can give that part of me some love, some support, and some care.

Chin Point:

  • As Peter Crosne says, “Life will present you with circumstances and people to reveal where you’re not free.”

Collarbone Point:

  • So maybe this not-enoughness just needs a little bit of work and time. And that’s okay.

Under the Arm:

  • Because the first thing to know is that so far, being hard on myself and those feelings of not being enough isn’t really helping me to overcome them.

Under the Nose:

  • Maybe just acknowledging and being with those feelings of not being enough might be more helpful.

Chin Point:

  • Because I’m always trying my absolute best. I’m here, trying my best, and I’ve always done my best.

Collarbone Point:

  • I’m right here, here and now, in this moment—I am enough.

Under the Arm:

  • I am enough.

Top of the Head:

  • There is nothing else I need to be, do, or have in this moment. Because right here, right now, I am enough.

Eyebrow Point:

  • The truth is, I have always been enough.

Side of the Eye:

  • I was born enough. Nobody asked for more of me back then when I was a baby because I was enough.

Under the Eye:

  • And maybe some things in life have made me feel like I’m not enough.

Under the Nose:

  • But those things aren’t true because I am enough. I have always been enough—just the way I am.

Chin Point:

  • Just as every other human being is enough too.

Collarbone Point:

  • With their flaws, imperfections, and insecurities, they are enough. They are enough.

Under the Arm:

  • So that must mean that with all my flaws, imperfections, and insecurities, I am enough too.

Top of the Head:

  • And I might not be perfect because no one is perfect. But I’m enough. I’m always enough.

Okay, last round now, okay?

Eyebrow Point:

  • Just feeling calm, safe, grounded in this moment. I am enough.

Side of the Eye:

  • And it’s okay if these feelings come up sometimes. It is okay.

Under the Eye:

  • It’s just a reminder for me to love and care for myself and not keep hurting myself.

Under the Nose:

  • It’s a reminder to stop comparing myself to other people and realize my own uniqueness. I’m enough. I’m unique.

Chin Point:

  • Because the world would be a really boring place if everybody was just trying to be like everybody else.

Collarbone Point:

  • I am enough just the way I am. That’s what makes the world so wonderful—everyone is different, and everyone is enough.

Under the Arm:

  • And I’m overcoming all these feelings of not being enough. Step by step, day by day.

Top of the Head:

  • I am enough. I have always been enough. And I always will be enough. I don’t need to change. I don’t need to be more of anything. I am enough just the way I am.

Okay, so just stop tapping there. Just place your hands on your heart. Just close your eyes for a moment.

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. And just let all those feelings of enoughness run through your body as you realise that you are enough, just as you are. You don't need anything else, okay?

So what I really want you to do now is just check in with yourself and measure those feelings of not enoughness on a scale of one to 10. And let me know how much your score has shifted down by. I'd love to know. If it stayed the same, that's okay, too. Just do this tapping again, but really feel into it. Take your time. You can pause it if you need to, breathe through any uncomfortable emotions, and you should start to see that score come down. Okay that's it for today. Just remember that you are enough. Thank you for tapping with me.
